Welcome to ACRL/DVC

The ACRL-Delaware Valley Chapter is a chapter of the Association of College & Research Libraries, a division of the American Library Association. Founded in 1951, it is the oldest local ACRL chapter.

The Chapter's goal is “to promote library and information services and library and information professionals in college, university and research organizations within the Delaware Valley” as stated in its constitution.

The Chapter provides opportunities for professional development and networking and promotes the exchange of ideas and information among its members through its biannual programs and mentoring program.
